POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. butter, melted Place hash browns in 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter, pour over potatoes. Cover with bread crumbs and top with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8-10. |
