HOT CHICKEN SALAD AU GRATIN 
2 c. cooked chicken breasts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. celery, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. onion, minced
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. potato chips, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except grated sharp cheese and potato chips. Place in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Top with cheese and chips. Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 8.
