AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
12 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix everything except butter and corn flakes. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Drizzle 1/2 cup butter over potatoes. Mix corn flakes and remaining butter. Spread over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
