BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
Black pepper, coarsely ground, to taste
1/2 c. butter
1 c. regular rice
1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Golden Mushroom soup
1 c. water
3 chicken breasts, cut in half or cubed

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Stir in rice, onion flakes, salt, soup and water. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake uncovered in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is golden brown. Serves 6.
