BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. butter
1 c. reg. rice
1 tsp. instant onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 c. water
3 chicken breasts cut in half
Coarse black pepper

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Stir in rice, onion flakes, salt, soup and water. Place chicken breasts over top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown.
