ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lg. onions, coarsely chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
3 can broth
1 1/2 c. dry red wine
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
3 tbsp. parsley
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 sm. zucchini, sliced
2 c. bow noodles

Cook sausage until brown; drain off fat. Add other ingredients including uncooked noodles. Cook 30 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with hot sourdough bread.
