JELLOF RICE 
1 lb. brown rice
1 whole chicken or 2 lbs. beef stew meat
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 whole chopped onion
1 whole chopped red pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 cubes bouillon (chicken or beef)
Add salt or pepper to taste

Boil meat separately with salt and 2 cubes of bouillon. Pour 1/4 cup of oil into skillet. Add onions, hot pepper, tomato paste and simmer. Pour the uncooked rice with the boiled meat and add onion, hot pepper, tomato paste with the oil in skillet. Then cook until rice is tender.
