PHILLY CHRISTMAS CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Blend together the butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the cake flour and baking powder. Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup candied fruit, 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Fold into batter. Sprinkle a greased bundt pan with 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. (Be sure to check cake at 1 hour. Do not over-bake.) Cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Combine 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons cream. Glaze cake.
