CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
2 sq. chocolate or 6 tsp. cocoa
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter substitute

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Mix in sugar, salt and egg yolks which have been beaten until light. Mix thoroughly. Add flour and nuts. Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put on about 18 large marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows puff up and are slightly brown.
