1 ripe avocado
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash lemon juice or vinegar
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Peel, pit, and mash avocado. Blend all ingredients together. Chill till serving time. Great with potato chips.
