BEEF STROGANOFF 
8 oz. broad noodles
2 lbs. hamburger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
1 carton sour cream or sm. plain yogurt
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown hamburger meat seasoned with garlic powder. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and Ragu sauce. Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Add diced onion. Spread cheese mixture on top of noodles and top with meat mixture. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
