FRUIT JAM 
5 c. fruit mashed
1 c. sugar per c. fruit
6 oz. Jello

Bring to boil. Add sugar, cook 10 minutes. Add Jello, cook 5 minutes pour into hot jars with hot lids. Screw on bands and turn upside down for 5 minutes. Turn right side up, you'll know it is done when you hear a pop or lid is dented in.
