NOODLE-SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. med. noodles 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, chopped and well drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 full c. grated cheese (med. Cheddar or sharp if you prefer) Cook and drain noodles according to package directions. Add spinach, soup, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix together. Place half of mixture in a 9x12 glass casserole dish and spread with 1/2 the cheese. Add remaining noodle mix and spread with remaining cheese. Bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
