BROCCOLI SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 c. sour cream
1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook spinach and broccoli, separately then completely drain. Mix other ingredients and add to vegetables. Put in buttered casserole and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
