BROCCOLI/SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hot ground sausage (Jimmy Dean), fried, crumbled & drained 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted & drained) 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach (defrosted & drained) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional) 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can French fried onion rings Combine cooked sausage, broccoli, spinach, soup, mayonnaise and water chestnuts in a deep casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Top with onion rings last 5 minutes. |
