STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
5 med. baking potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Bake potatoes 375 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes or until done. Cut slice from top of each. Scoop out insides; mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, butter, onion salt and pepper. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Stir in chives. Fill potato shells with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serves 5.
