FROSTED CHOCOLATE JUMBOS 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 sq. chocolate, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, oil, eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth and well blended. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched gently with finger. Frost with Mocha Frosting. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.

MOCHA FROSTING:

Sift 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon powdered instant coffee, dissolved in 2 1/2 tablespoons hot milk. Stir until blended.
