SUNSHINE SALAD 
2 sm. boxes lemon Jell-O
2 bananas
8 marshmallows, cut up
1 can crushed pineapple, drained & reserving liquid
1 c. whipping cream

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. flour

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water. Add 1 cup cold water. Add bananas, marshmallows and pineapple, and chill until set.

Cook sugar, flour, egg and reserved pineapple juice until thick. Cool and add whipping cream. Spread on top of mold and chill until set.
