HAM AND EGGS CRESCENT PIZZA
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced, cooked ham
8 oz. can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsp. chopped chives or sliced ripe olives (if desired)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat; stir in the ham. Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Place in ungreased 12" pizza or 13"x9" pan; press over bottom and 1/2" up sides to form crust, sealing perforations. Spread ham mixture over dough. Beat eggs; blend in remaining ingredients except chives. Pour over ham mixture. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately. 6 to 8 servings.

TIPS: To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours; bake as directed above. To reheat, wrap in foil; heat at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
