TOONA BEL KARI (CURRY TUNA
CASSEROLE)
 
2 onions, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. flour
2 tsp. tomato paste
Salt, if needed
1/2 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 (9 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish

Fry onion and garlic in butter. Mix in curry powder, flour, tomato paste and salt. Brown, then add tomato puree, vinegar and parsley. Boil for 8 minutes. Mix in tuna and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Makes 2-3 servings.
