TUNA & RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 can tuna, drained 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 can corn, drained 1 green pepper, diced 1 onion, diced 2 bay leaves Garlic salt Dash of parsley 6 c. cooked rice Saute green peppers and onions in 1 teaspoon oil. Add all ingredients and bring to low simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice. Optional: Garnish with parsley leaf. |
