ICE CREAM PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 qt. ice cream, softened
Grated bitter chocolate (optional)

Melt butter and chips, add to Rice Krispies. Pack firmly into pie plate for crust. Freeze. Fill with ice cream, sprinkle with bitter chocolate. Freeze. Remove from freeze 10 minutes before serving so it is easier to cut.
