PIZZA STEAK 
2 lbs. cubed steak
4 jars Ragu Pizza Sauce
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 (1 lb.) box rotini
3 eggs, beaten
Flour, bread crumbs
2-3 tbsp. cooking oil

Mix flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Separate cube steaks and flatten out between plastic wrap until 1/4 inch thick. Dip in flour, egg and bread crumb mixture. Cook in oil until browned on all sides.

Cook rotini and drain. Lay rotini in 13x9 inch pan and stir in 2 jars of pizza sauce. Layer meat on top of macaroni (rotini) and cover with remaining 2 jars of sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes). Serves 8.
