GRAPENUT BREAD 
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 c. Grapenuts
1 c. sugar (scant)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder

Pour milk over Grapenuts and soak. Sift dry ingredients, add soaked Grapenuts and egg beaten lightly. Add remaining ingredients, pour into 2 greased bread tins and allow to stand 20 minutes. Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees). Slices better second day.
