CHEDDAR BAKED POTATO SLICES 
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 medium baking potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In a small bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper. In a greased oblong dish arrange potatoes overlapping in a row. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon mixture over cheese. Cover with foil, bake 400°F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
