LEMON CHESS BARS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter. Add flour and sugar. Bake in 9-inch square pan at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOP LAYER:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Grate rind of lemon. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, lemon rind and lemon juice in blender. Pour over bottom layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
