LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 lemons, juice and grated rind

Mix butter, powdered sugar and 2 cups flour until crumbly. Pat into greased 8 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat the 4 eggs, add sugar, flour and juice and rind of 2 lemons. Mix and pour over hot crust. Bake 25 minutes or more at 350 degrees. Sift powdered sugar on top if desired. Cool and cut into square or bars.
