LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In large bowl with mixer, mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly.

3. Reserve 1 cup of cake, oil and egg in cup.

4. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch ungreased pan, put remaining cake mixture light with spatula and bake 15 minutes.

5. Beat with electric mixer cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light. Smooth in medium bowl.

6. Spread on oven baked layer, on top of cream cheese mix. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 more minutes. Cool. Cut and enjoy!
