PRAISE THE LORD SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. butter (cold)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

4 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt

Chill dough for 1 hour. Mix well. Roll dough into walnut size balls and press flat on ungreased cookie sheet with bottom of sugared glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until light brown.

Store in airtight container-metal tins work well. Do NOT freeze.
