HONEY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (2 lb.) chicken cut up or chicken breasts
Salt & pepper

Combine butter, honey, mustard and lemon juice; stir well. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place chicken meaty side down in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour honey mixture over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Remove from refrigerator; bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and turn chicken pieces; bake 30 minutes longer or until done, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Yields: 4-6 servings.
