PUMPKIN CRISP 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks melted butter

Mix pumpkin mix, sugar, cinnamon, and eggs. Pour mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 pan lined with wax paper. Crumble dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Pour cooled melted butter over top. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Turn upside down on tray, remove wax paper and cool. Combine topping ingredients and spread on cake; refrigerate.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. nuts
