COLD RICE SALAD 
1 c. raw rice, cooked and cooled
1 can sm. shrimp
1 c. minced celery
1 c. minced pimento and chives to taste
1 minced shallot (optional)
1 bottle Green Goddess, creamy Italian, or buttermilk salad dressing

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
