YUMMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or 4 breasts and 6 legs
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook chicken; debone and tear into small pieces. Mix chicken, soups, sour cream and seasonings. Place in casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle cracker mixture over top and bake at 350°F until golden and bubbly.
