CHICKEN PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in chicken, celery, mushrooms, pepper, olives and onion. Cover, chill several hours. Before serving add drained fruit. Serve on lettuce lined plates, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
