SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
2 eggs
1 green pepper
1 onion
6 slices bread

Put eggs, green pepper, and onion in blender; mix well and add bread, puree until fine. Add to hamburger and sausage and make into meatballs. Make sure meatballs are firm. They can be frozen like this or cooked in oven until done and then frozen, or cooked in sauce and then frozen.

SAUCE:

2 bottles chili sauce
6 oz. jar grape jelly

Mix these 2 ingredients together and bring to a slow boil, simmer with meatballs until well seasoned. Makes about 150 meatballs. Serve in chafing dish and eaten with fancy toothpicks.
