MEATBALLS IN SWEET - SOUR SAUCE 
1 lb. sausage
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. diced onions
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

2 (16 oz.) cans jellied cranberry sauce
2 (12 oz.) jars chili sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Add all ingredients to meat. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Brown in small amount of shortening.

Sauce: Mix ingredients. Cook over low heat until well mixed. Add meatballs. Simmer until done or place in large casserole and cook in oven. We prefer Ocean Spray cranberry jelly and Heinz chili sauce.
