“DO-AHEAD MASHED POTATOES” IS IN:

DO-AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
6 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked, drained and mashed
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
3 tsp. onion salt
salt and pepper, to taste

Peel, cook, drain and mash potatoes. Mix in last 6 ingredients. Transfer to buttered casserole dish. (This can be prepared 2 days ahead). Cover and refrigerate.

To reheat, bake at 400°F about 30 minutes.

Serves 12.
