MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
11 med. sized potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook potatoes and drain. Add butter and beat well. Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk and seasonings; and beat until fluffy. Pour into well buttered 9 x 13 inch dish and top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
