FIVE BOY CURRY CHICKEN 
1 med. fryer
1 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. liquid broth or milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion

Saute onions in butter; add flour, salt, and curry mix. Add liquid and cook until thick. Add chicken and cook on medium 1 hour. Serve over 1 cup cooked rice.

TOPPING:

1 can pineapple chunks (No. 2)
1 can coconuts
1 can peanuts
3 bananas, sliced
3 tomatoes, diced

Mix all together and serve over curry. This is a whole meal.
