FRENCH FRIED SHRIMP 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 qt. oil

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together the eggs, milk, and oil. Add flour. Dip shrimp into batter; drain. Fry in deep oil at 375 degrees until brown.
