FRIED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined

BATTER:

2 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
2 eggs
Water to moisten

Put shrimp in batter. Chill in the refrigerator until cold. Drop into hot oil. Fry until shrimp rises to top of oil and golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
