STIR FRY SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp meats
Broccoli
Red bell pepper
Shallots
Bamboo shoots
Snow peas
Water chestnuts
1/2 c. white wine
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove minced garlic
3 tbsp. sesame oil

Heat oil in wok, add broccoli, shallots, ground ginger and garlic. Cook until broccoli turns bright green. Add shrimp and remaining vegetables. Stir quickly about 2 minutes until shrimp are almost cooked. Add wine and simmer about 2-3 minutes longer. Serve on rice.
