MICROWAVE SHRIMP AND VEGETABLE
STIR FRY
 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. bead molasses
2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. lg. shrimp, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. hot cooked rice

Mix cornstarch, water, soy sauce and molasses. Set aside. Combine broccoli florets, shrimp and onions in a 1 quart microwave casserole. Add sauce mixture. Cook on HIGH 6 minutes. Stir; cover with waxed paper. Cook on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
