STIR FRY SHRIMP AND VEGETABLES 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. bead molasses
2 c. broccoli florets
1 can large shrimp, drained
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. hot cooked rice

Mix together cornstarch, water, soy sauce and molasses. Set aside. In a 1 quart casserole combine broccoli, shrimp and onions. Then add sauce mixture. Cook on high for 6 minutes stirring halfway through cooking time. Stir and cover with waxed paper. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp - tender. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve over rice.
