SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1 can tuna or crab, drained
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
