GREEN MEXICAN SALSA 
1/2 c. lightly packed fresh coriander leaves
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
3-4 fresh jalapenos, chopped, seeded
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine into blender or processor. Process until almost smooth. Stand covered 1-2 hours. Makes 3/4 cup.
