BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
14 slices white bread
1 lb. bacon, cooked and drained
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut off crusts, butter each slice on 1 side. Cube bread. Combine cubed bread, crisp bacon and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, pepper, paprika and dry mustard and add to the previously combined ingredients. Pour in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
