BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 stick butter
2 sm. or 1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz (best if you use 1 jar of plain & 1 of jalapeno)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Cook broccoli as directed on box. Cook 2 cups dry rice as directed.

Add mushroom soup to onions and celery. Add rice and Cheez Whiz. Stir until well mixed. Add cooked broccoli and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and cover lightly with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
