CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 chicken breasts, boned, cut into bite size pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 jar jalapeno cheese
1 c. cooked rice

Cook and drain broccoli. Cook chicken in 1/4 stick butter until brown. Add chicken and butter to broccoli, cheese, soup and rice. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
