MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1 bag crushed tortilla chips
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground chuck and drain. Combine next 5 ingredients. Put crushed tortilla chips in 9"x12" casserole dish. Pour mixture over this. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
